Now the cars are parked over the sidewalk and boulevard portions of the driveway...a real hazard for walkers, young bikers on the sidewalk and street traffic in general.

This is rampant, and the parking on the boardwalk area of the driveway just keeps on occurring regardless of how many tickets are issued.
