The water leak at this location has been an ongoing problem. The city says it's the apartments problem, the apartment says it's the cities. Could you all get together and decide whose problem it is and fix it. It is a nuisance for motorcycles and people on foot, not to mention in the winter when it turns to a sheet of ice.
